Privacy notice
Jungstein collects only the information needed to provide its tools, understand their use, deliver requested messages, and protect the service.
Cognitive-function assessment
When you start the assessment, Jungstein assigns an anonymous session identifier and stores your question order, 1–5 answers, progress, timestamps, and calculated function scores. Referrer and allow-listed campaign information may also be recorded. You do not need to provide an email address to complete the assessment or see your results.
Incomplete assessment sessions are normally removed after 90 days. Completed anonymous answer sets are normally retained for up to 12 months and then deleted or irreversibly aggregated. These periods may be shortened where the information is no longer needed.
Results email
If you ask for a results email, your address is used to deliver that requested message and diagnose delivery failures. Delivery records are normally removed within 90 days. Your raw answers are not included in the email or placed in the result link.
Newsletter
Newsletter enrollment is optional and separate from results delivery. The newsletter checkbox is unchecked by default. Jungstein records when, where, and under which wording you opted in, asks you to confirm the subscription, and provides an unsubscribe link in marketing messages.
Analytics, access, and deletion
Jungstein may use aggregated assessment statistics to understand completion and question response patterns. Raw assessment answers, scores, email addresses, and assessment session identifiers are not sent to Google Analytics. Access to raw assessment data is restricted.
To request access to or deletion of your information, use the contact page. Include the email address used for results or newsletter delivery. Anonymous assessment data may not be identifiable after its browser session credentials are lost.
